A "Pre-fabricated house" is an innovative new product concept for industrialized housing. The units provide environmental protection and can be assembled, installed and dismantled with convenience – anywhere, anytime.
Pre-fabricated housing provides a wide range of possibilities in developing shelters for multiple uses like temporary site office, labour accommodations, warehouse & school etc. The Pre-fabricated houses are manufactured using standard modulus. The standard 'K' module house enables quick production and easy installation by excluding largescale fieldwork.
Pre-fabricated houses can be considered as a low cost solution to the requirement of temporary housing. These houses are not only environmentally protected, but also highly efficient in conservation of energy.
The standard 'K' house specifications for length and width are calculated in multiples of 'K', with 'K' as modulus (K = 1.82m) and 'P' as modulus for height (P = 0.95m).
The length and width of the house can be planned with multiples of 'K'.
The least multiple is 2K. The height of a regular single storey is 3P and double storey is 6P. Other specifications are made separately.
The roof truss, columns and corridors of standard 'K' houses are made of 'C' type and 'H' type light steel framework. The wall and roof panels are made of sandwich panels. The front and rear part of the house can be fixed with doors and windows on the modular panels.
